પરિણામ પત્રક ની આ ફાઈલ વિશે અગત્યની સૂચનાઓ
➡️ આ ફાઇલ મોબાઈલ માં ખોલવી નહિ.
➡️ પ્રથમ વાર કમ્પ્યુટર માં ફાઈલ ઓપન કરો ત્યારે Developer tab માં જઈ macro security માં Enable All macros કરવું અને ફાઈલ close કરી દેવી અને ફરી ખોલવી.
➡️ જો ફાઈલ ખોલ્યા પછી security Warning આવે તો Enable this content કરવું….ત્યાર બાદ continue પર ક્લિક કરવું.
➡️ આ પરિણામ પત્રક Lmg-Arun ફોન્ટમાં બનાવેલ છે જેથી Lmg-Arun font computer માં હોવા જોઈએ.
➡️ એક સાથે 100 વિદ્યાર્થીઓનું પરિણામ બનાવી શકશો.
➡️ જેટલી રજીસ્ટર સંખ્યા લખશો તેટલી જ Row ખુલશે.
➡️ ફાઈલ Save As કરતી વખતે હંમેશા Excel Macro – Enabled macro ( *.xlsm) ફોરમેટ માં save કરવી.
➡️ જેમ જેમ data ભરશો તેમ તેમ જાતે જ save થતું રહેશે…
સેવ કરવાની પણ જરૂરિયાત નથી.
➡️ તમામ પ્રિન્ટ માટે A4 size કાગળ નો ઉપયોગ કરવો.
➡️ જો તમારા કમ્પ્યુટર માં Excel માં Developer tab ના હોય તો YouTube માં વિડિયો જોઈ Developer tab લાવવું.
➡️ પરિણામ માં ક્યાંય Hyper link નો ઉપયોગ કરેલ નથી.
➡️ સંપૂર્ણ પરિણામ Vba ( visual basic ) આધારિત બનાવેલ છે.
