Regarding the above language subject training of language teacher of Std. 3 to 8, stating that under National Education Policy-2020, emphasis has been laid on basic literacy and numeracy.  Foundational Iteray and Numeracy (FLN) is one of Miron’s key objectives for all children up to standard 3 by the year 2021 to achieve a basic ability of literacy and numeracy.  
As part of the Basic Literacy and Numeracy (FLN) mission, it is planned to provide basic language education training to Gujarati subject teachers of Std. 3 to 8.  The cost of training should be borne by Seva Kalin or EDN-12 Appendix-1 training grant.  In each district, the Diet Faculty, BRC and CRC Coordinator will have to train the teachers at the taluka level or in two-three clusters together for 3 days.  
Training literature and supporting materials are included with this.  Consider the following guidelines regarding training planning.  1 Training report will have to be prepared.  .  Elementary language learning online course should be selected as completed.  .  Distributed the session to the experts already, putting a copy of it outside the training classroom.  .  
Those BRC CRC Coordinators who have not completed the Elementary Language Education Online Course should definitely be involved in this training. Use the guidelines provided by the state level for training.  Prepare to print out all the literature useful for training such as online 3 course modules, auxiliary materials, quiz question paper pretest, post test letter etc. 
 “Each expert will have to study the three modules of the course, its auxiliary materials, training guidelines, PPT in depth. Before the training, send soft copies of all the three modules of the online training court to the participants i.e. instructors and instruct Voyi to come for training.

What does it mean to learn to write in the beginning standards?  There is a widespread belief that little children’s writing skills are needed.  Such as, neat text, correct spelling, proper punctuation, correct sentence writing.  These are all essential aspects of writing.  

Also, there are some other dimensions of writing.  Which is extremely necessary to include in the process of education.  Writing is the skill of expressing oneself in written words by thinking and understanding in its true sense.  It involves thinking before you write and writing in a systematic and logical way.

Thus, writing-education requires two types of skills;  1. Basic Writing Skills ||  .  Understanding – A high level of thinking and creative writing skills should be the goal of writing development in the beginning standards – children write creatively and accurately in their own words.  For that there must be a balance between both basic and creative skills.

The language learning process is best when children have the opportunity to use the language for meaningful purposes.  Therefore, from the very beginning children need a systematic education of basic skills as well as advanced writing skills.

Ideal writing Ideal writing or teacher speaking and writing is a method in which the teacher provides the children with an example of the way and process of writing.  Demonstrates punctuation.  At the same time they say what they are writing, what they think when they write (high level of skill).

Doing so makes the process of thinking and writing real for children.  It helps them write.  Writing in partnership In this method the teacher and the children write together (we write).  In this process the student and the teacher add their own opinions and ideas to the text.  The details or lessons prepared in partnership are written on the teacher board.

Helping children with writing: Guided writing This activity is mostly done in small groups.  (You write together) In this activity the teacher assigns writing to the children according to their ability.  While the children are writing, the teacher goes to each group in turn and asks questions that help the children think.

The teacher gives advice on how to make children’s writing better and how to spell.  If a child or group is stuck on a particular sentence or talk, the teacher helps the children who are writing first to tell them two or three good things about their writing, then to show them one thing that makes their writing better.  .

In this activity children can also write individually after discussing in a group.  Independent writing In this method children write themselves.  Write yourself) Writing can be explained to children through the opportunity of independent writing as it is a means of expressing oneself.  To make the children’s imagination, experience as well as the surrounding events the subject of the text.  It will increase children’s interest in writing.  

Independent writing is also useful for developing creative writing skills.  Initially, a story should be written independently after discussing an event or lesson.  In general, the teacher reads each child’s text and gives them individual feedback, advice, and guidance for improvement.  Sometimes children can also give feedback inside.
