The matter of adding a new caste sub-caste to the list of non-reserved classes
Non-reserved class species have been determined by the resolution dated 06/12/2018 shown in the reading number (1), in which a total of 69 species have been included in the list of non-reserved class species (Appendix-ch). New species as well as synonyms have been included in the list of species of non-reserved class as per the resolutions dated 01/01/2019 and dated 30/08/2019, respectively, shown in (2) and (3).

Non-reserved category applicants/institutions who have not submitted their caste to be included in the list of non-reserved category species, according to which the matter of inclusion of remaining castes / sub-castes in the list of non-reserved category species was under consideration by the Government.

The following castes / sub-castes are included in the list of non-reserved class species shown in Appendix-A of the Resolution dated 06/12/2018 shown in the taken number (1).
Caste Adding to general category
The list of non-reserved castes has been published to facilitate the issuance of certificates to the competent authorities. Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Socially and Educationally Backward Classes Candidates/applicants of any caste, group or group which is not mentioned in the list of the non-reserved class will also have to be given a certificate of the non-reserved class by the competent authority, the instructions are reiterated here.
