According to the above topic, the teachers at the “Command and Control Cell” have been conducting state-level monitoring through Teacher Attendance, Student Attendance, Periodic Assessment Test, Therapeutic Teaching as well as various online applications.
As per reference (1) Director. Office of the Director of Primary Education, Gandhinagar as per the order received on the single file with reference (2) to the office of the Director of Primary Education, Gandhinagar. The meeting was held at Examination Board, Gandhinagar. In this regard, the following action will be taken on the single file of the State Examination Board dated 01/03/2021 with the approval of Hon’ble Secretary, Primary and Secondary Education.
The new version of the state-run command and control cell, CCC. 2.0 is going to take shape and many technical projects will be added to it starting from the dimensions of official intelligence. Pursuant to which, for the teachers who are on duty in the government primary schools of the state at ccc-2.0, the online application for the teachers who want to rejoin the work should be done from 10/03/2021 to 20/03/2021 at www.sebexam.com Eligibility of the candidate – Provision
1 should be a teacher of a primary school run by a district panchayat/municipality.
2. Five years experience will be able to apply.
3. CRCC – BRC: -SI will not be able to apply for the current duty,
4 HTAT teachers will be able to apply.
5. The teacher has to upload the NOC as per the SMC sample of the school in which he is currently performing.
6. This appointment will be treated as a performance fair. Salary will be levied at the original school. The place of this teacher in the original school should be left vacant.
7, TADA vacation will not be eligible.
8. This appointment will be made for 1 year but if the performance is not satisfactory, the appointment of ccc will be canceled.
The examination form has to be filled online. The examination fee is Rs. 100 / – has to be paid online. (CREDIT CARD / DABIT CARD / NET BANKING which will be non-refundable.
The selection process will be done in three stages as follows: Phase-1 (80% weighted 100 marks MCQ type written test will be taken) in which (0.8) marks will be deducted for the wrong answer. The question paper will be of 30 minutes, for ccc 2.0
Phase 2 ( 20% ) : computer skill test. 50 marks
Phase-3 (10% weight only): Teachers who are eligible to appear in Phase-II will be interviewed face to face for their knowledge, knowledge, and approach regarding work at ccc which will have 50 marks.
A state-level merit list will be made on the basis of the marks of the teachers who appeared in three stages. On the basis of this merit, an order of performance fair will be issued by the Director, Office of the Director of Primary Education, Gandhinagar. If this teacher does not show up at ccc in 3 days, other orders will be issued on the basis of the waiting list.
The priority of Super Numerical Teachers: Preference will be given to teachers who are currently under Super Numerical. However, in order to appear in the second stage test after the first stage examination, these teachers have to get the eligibility as shown in stage-2 and have got at least 25% marks in the commuter skill test.
