The following schemes are being started by the Government of Gujarat from the next academic session 2023-24 through social partnership

In these schools, talented students studying in government schools of Gujarat state will be identified and provided future-oriented high quality education equipped with best physical and digital infrastructure facilities. Modern educational facilities, residential hostels in residential schools, sports, art and skill training, best teaching methods and high quality teaching materials etc. will be provided for the holistic development of students. Talents of talented students will be nurtured and prepared for competitive examinations with career guidance.
In the above schools as well as in the model schools, it is planned to take the state level Common Entrance Test for admission to class 6 in the academic year 2023-24. All these schools will be from class 6 to 12 and the entire education will be free for all the students.

Eligibility for Admission:
Students who have studied class 1 to 5 in government and aided schools and who have completed class 5 will be able to take the common entrance exam for class 6 in all the above schools. Admission to class 6 will be given on the basis of merit in this common entrance examination.
Students who have completed Class 5 of Independent / Private Schools can take this Common Entrance Test for admission to Class 6 of Rakshashakti Schools, Model Schools only. Admission to class 6 will be given on the basis of merit in this common entrance examination.

Online Form Filling Period: 23 March 2023 to 05 April 2023
Common Entrance Test Date: April 27, 2023

Examination fee
There is no fee for filling the entrance exam form for admission in these schools, that means the student does not have to pay any fee for appearing in the entrance exam.
Structure of Entrance Exam
- The structure of the entrance exam for admission to all these schools will be as follows
- Total Marks 120 Time 150 Minutes
- Medium of Examination Gujarati English
- The syllabus will be of class 5
