Man’s diet is closely
related to his health. Diet has played
an important role in the history of human diseases.
Nowadays, unhealthy diet and other habits have led to an increase
in the incidence of heart
disease, diabetes, high blood
pressure, cancer and many
other diseases. The
closer a person’s life is to
nature, the healthier his lifestyle is.
As man moves away from nature, he
becomes accustomed to harmful
habits. The diet, occupation,
sleep, etc. habits of many people
in the pre-natal era were
very good for health. Even today,
the incidence of diseases
due to unhealthy lifestyle is
less among the rural people than
among the urban people.
The main reason for this difference is the healthy
lifestyle developed in close proximity to nature.
In earlier times
man used to consume only
natural fruits and vegetables.

cultivated and cooked food was taken. But with cooked khorani, I continued to

foods ( fruits, vegetables, etc.)
throughout the day.
This

boom in the animal husbandry and
dairy industry, an increase in consumption, and an increase

cancer in older families.
After
this the consumption of oil started
increasing a lot, oil and salt
(salt) were used a lot for the
spicy taste of the tongue, food
was eaten for taste instead of
nutrition and the above
diseases became more widespread, consumption of meat, eggs etc. also became very widespread. Gradually the natural elements in the
human diet were depleted and the milled rice and refined flour (mando) became
more and more consumed in the mill.
As vegetables and fruits became
more expensive and not
available everywhere, its
consumption decreased. Instead of
raw vegetables, people
started opting for rich oil-spiced vegetables.
Everything that is more oily and
more salty has become very popular
under the name of farsan, salty
or any other name.
People also started preferring spicy, fried foods
instead of plain food.
And our diet today has
become unbalanced. It is not like ‘ eating because you are hungry but ‘ eating because it tastes good. Food advertising has become enticing to many, from the youngest to the
oldest, and fashionable foods (sesame-butter-cheese- rich foods)
are becoming more and more
common.
