District Transfers of Teachers’
Subject: – Matters of giving applications for district transfers to the concerned districts.
Regarding the above subject, to state that, as per Rule-3 of the Resolution Chapter-1 of the Resolution dated 23/05/2012, the teachers who want to transfer the district, from 1st December of that year to 31st.
The application for district transfer has been directed to be submitted to the District Primary Education Officer in the prescribed form by December. As per Rule-2, the applications received at the district level have been divided into section A (2) and by district wise, such applications have been provided to the concerned districts by 15th February as per the instructions of the Director of Primary Education from time to time.

In order to give the above resolution in person to the concerned districts in person till 31/12/2020. On 20/01/2021, at 12.00 am in the meeting hall, office of the Director of Primary Education, Gandhinagar, a camp has been organized.
In your district, by 31/12/2020, along with all the applications for transfer of district and the list of district/town education committee applications, you have to appear in person. Check that the applications of the talukas under your jurisdiction are not pending.
Therefore, special care should be taken to ensure that none of the applications received for the transfer of district teachers is left unattended. A copy of the list of applications submitted by you to the concerned district loser should be submitted to the office here.
