Distance education is also called Fellowship-Central Education.  Where the scholar is the main focal point of the study teaching practices.  This shows that the planning and development of the curriculum is professor-centric, in a jam-packed manner.  So the opposite is scholarly.  The course is prepared keeping in view the demands and needs of the fellow,

 

Different languages are spoken in all parts of the country.  The importance of regional languages is especially accepted up to higher = secondary level.  Even at the stage of higher education, study is done through the medium of regional language.  While English and Hindi have been accepted as the medium of instruction here.  And local language has been adopted in state level open universities.  As a result, the youth who are deprived of education are not eager to get education due to lack of adequate practice in English and Hindi.  

 

 

If the administrative system is not right then the students do not get the time study or reading material, the student needs guidance when he is confused, but it is difficult to get enough guidance in time.  For example, if the student is not present at the center place on time or has difficulty in reaching the center place regularly, the students studying in the mamil areas of the country get exercises, but also watch TV.  Equipment like audio or video cassette is not available.  The result is quality education.
