Subject: Regarding the planning of periodical test for students of Std. 3 to 8 in the month of September, for the purpose of assessment with home learning during the coVID-19 period according to the above subject and context, environment and mathematics in Std. Periodic assessment tests of the subject have been conducted, your level is requested to take further action in view of the following matters regarding the routine test to be taken in September-2021.

 Environment and Gujarati in Std. 3 and 4, Hindi and Gujarati in Std. 5 and Gujarati, Mathematics and Hindi in Std. 6 to 8 will be conducted in the month of September. To be held.  Apart from this Gujarati medium tests which can also be obtained from the QR code on the index of the textbook of that subject. The standard 3 to 5 tests are expected to be written by the student from home under the supervision of the parent at the convenience of the parent and the student. 

 It is desirable that students take the test in a fear-free and stress-free environment as the purpose of the test is to know the student’s progress. It is desirable that the test answer books of the students of Std. 3 to 8 who do not come to the school should be delivered to the school through the guardian by 01/10/2021. Web Based Instruction (WBI): The system of educating students using various educational websites through the Internet is known as Web Based Instruction.  In which students can study from anywhere and anytime through internet.  For that the student has to use his / her own computer to study the study material presented on a particular website.  In it, study materials are prepared using multimedia.  The whole process, except for the use of the Internet, is similar to that of a computer aided study.  The only difference is that the study material is stored in a specific website.

A virtual classroom is an information technology based system where the teaching-learning process is carried out through multi-faceted live interaction with a group of students present geographically in one place or in different places.  The classroom has a modern technology for indirectly teaching work.  Students feel bored because there is only one teaching function in the four walls of the classroom.  

The use of modern technology indirectly leads to interaction between teacher and student.  The need has arisen for the student to be acquainted with the new technique.  Students can learn carefully using new techniques, even become familiar with it.  A situation like that of the teaching field i.e. teaching is done by creating an artificial environment through internet.  If a student cannot be taught by taking on the role of practice, then education can be given by creating such an artificial environment in the classroom.
