Subject: Regarding the planning of periodical test for students of Std. 3 to 8 in the month of September, for the purpose of assessment with home learning during the coVID-19 period according to the above subject and context, environment and mathematics in Std. Periodic assessment tests of the subject have been conducted, your level is requested to take further action in view of the following matters regarding the routine test to be taken in September-2021.

 Environment and Gujarati in Std. 3 and 4, Hindi and Gujarati in Std. 5 and Gujarati, Mathematics and Hindi in Std. 6 to 8 will be conducted in the month of September. To be held. By 10/09/2021, the tests for Std. 3 to 5 students should be delivered in hardcopy or softcopy, Std. 6 to 8 tests should be taken on the day students come to school during the above date Students who are not coming to school at all will have to take the tests at home, on 20/09/2021 GCERT’s website (www.gcert.gujarat.gov.in) will also make all the medium tests available.

 Apart from this Gujarati medium tests which can also be obtained from the QR code on the index of the textbook of that subject. The standard 3 to 5 tests are expected to be written by the student from home under the supervision of the parent at the convenience of the parent and the student.

A virtual classroom is an information technology based system where the teaching-learning process is carried out through multi-faceted live interaction with a group of students present geographically in one place or in different places.  The classroom has a modern technology for indirectly teaching work.  Students feel bored because there is only one teaching function in the four walls of the classroom.  
The use of modern technology indirectly leads to interaction between teacher and student.  The need has arisen for the student to be acquainted with the new technique.  Students can learn carefully using new techniques, even become familiar with it.  A situation like that of the teaching field i.e. teaching is done by creating an artificial environment through internet.  If a student cannot be taught by taking on the role of practice, then education can be given by creating such an artificial environment in the classroom.
