Thus the date of the education department shown in the introduction (ii). New academic year for a total of 27 school days for the period of HOME LEARNING from 1/09/2020 to 30/09/2020 by strictly following the details given in the resolution of 7/09/2020 and all the guiding instructions given therein.
The students enrolled in the school for 2020-21 are hereby informed to complete the required procedure of regular distribution of food security allowance and payment of cooking cost on time.
Date of Education Department Resolution of 07/09/2020 As stated in the condition of MBHY/2020/GOI-9/R, the scheme of cooking cost of the school head teacher / SMC Tas Food City Allowance has to be deposited in the bank account of the student / guardian.
As well as keeping in view the local circumstances, as per the guidelines of the government, the District Primary Education Officer will have to complete the work of distribution of foodgrains in consultation with the supply system by maintaining the social distress tightly and getting the cooperation of local school teachers and mid-day meal center administrators. A daily report on the distribution of foodgrains on a daily basis and the latest details of the cost of cooking cost to all the registered students of the primary school where the mid-day meal scheme is being implemented should be sent in the prescribed form to the email here as well.
The amount of food grains distributed and the amount deposited in the bank account of the student / guardian should be given. Accounts at school and taluka / district level should be kept up to date for the purpose of audit. According to the system prescribed at the district level for distribution of foodgrains, the Government of India will have to complete the distribution of foodgrains within the time limit from the quantity of foodgrains allotted in the first and second quarters of the year 2020-21 for the mid-day meal scheme.
Social distance must be strictly maintained and the instructions of the health department must be followed. In addition, as per the provisions of National Food Security Act 2017 and Mid-day Meal Scheme Rules-2016, this work has to be completed within the time limit, the district taluka office will have to supervise this matter. This matter is requested to be given top priority.
