The environment is an integrated curriculum field.  We know that the environment drives the development of scientific and social skills, attitudes and values.  This leads the subject to focus on the main idea rather than the details.

 

 

  In the environment, children need to improve various activities such as project work, experiments, homework (classroom and school, outside and inside).  However, when evaluating children, we rely mainly on written tests, which are mostly conducted through semester exams.

 

 

  Such traditionally administered question papers cannot provide an official picture of the assessment, including questions related to science and social science concepts.  The fact that children learn in so many ways is completely ignored when evaluating children.  This study shows a huge gap between teaching and evaluation.

The choice of teaching-learning strategy is an important task and is based on the concept, context and availability of resources.  One of the objectives of the environment is to refer to the learning process.  The example in this case is from the North East region.  However, in urban situations where it is not possible to take children to such an area, the activity can be planned in nearby parks, gardens, school campuses, etc.

 

 

Care needs to be taken that the answers given by children do not need to be labeled right or wrong, as thinking over the wrong answers furthers the process of reaching the correct answer.  So, ask children questions, such as, ‘Why?  ’And‘ how?  ‘They will help children who arrive at the so-called‘ wrong answer ’to critically analyze their work and thus enable them to improve their education.

 

 

The teacher observed that in three groups, some children did not understand the word and other children were helping them, while in the other two groups the teacher talked and explained that when we move our fingers or touch something we are easy or  Could feel the rough surface and asked them to feel the surface of their pencils and their school bags.  Later, he found that some children gave examples of smooth and rough things used in their daily lives.
