Step 1 : First open the official website of UIDAI https://uidai.gov.in or https://myaadhaar.uidai.gov.in.
Step 2 : Now click on My Aadhaar menu in this website
Step 3: Click on Order Aadhaar PVC Card from the option given there.
Step 4 : Now the Order Aadhaar PVC Card box will open.
Step 5 : Now submit Aadhaar Number of 12 Akda or Enrollment Number of 28 Akda.
Step 6: Then enter the captcha code and click on the Send OTP button
Step 7 : OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number. If your mobile number is not linked with Aadhaar card then you can ask for OTP by entering the optional number in it.
Step 8 : Now type OPT and click on submit button to proceed.
Step 9: Online payment option will appear in which you can pay with Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking / UPI etc option.
Step 10: Enter the payment information and click on submit (50 rupees will be charged for Order Aadhaar PVC Card)
Step 11 : Then download your receipt and save it for future reference

After placing an online order for PVC Aadhaar Card, its status can be checked online till it reaches you by post. For this follow the below steps.

Step 1 : First open the official website of UIDAI https://uidai.gov.in or https://myaadhaar.uidai.gov.in.
Step 2 : Now click on My Aadhaar menu
Step 3 : Click on Order Aadhaar PVC Card from the option.
Step 4 : The Check Aadhaar PVC Card Status box will open as follows.
Step 5 : Enter your SRN number and captcha number and click on submit button
You can check the status of your PVC Aadhaar card online.
