Candidates filling up the form for more than one institution should carry with them all the required certificates and enclosures (self-certified) when called for face-to-face visit to another institution on merit.
And these certificates have to be maintained by the organization calling in person as a record at their organization. School Leaving Certificate with Form, S.Sc. / HSC Marksheet, Trial Certificate, Caste Certificate, Income Certificate, Domicile Certificate, Bank Account Number, Xerox of First Page of Bank Account Passbook, IFSC Code Number of Bank, Election Card (For 18 Years & above), Aadhaar Card, School iCard driving license (For 18 Years & above) etc. must be bid.
The registering body has to accept the entry form submitted by the candidate along with the registration fee. As far as possible, online registration has to be done through the online registration program provided by NIC.
At the time of registration, the responsible employee at the counter accepting the form from the candidate will have to check whether the details filled in the form by the candidate are as per the bidel enclosures along with the form.
If it is found to be erroneous, the candidate should pay attention to the error and get the signature from the candidate for correction only after registering online and accepting the form. .
