I feel proud to put the colorful issue of December 2020 full of children’s literature in your hands.  Valdosta, the last month of the year is December 8.  Throughout the year, you may have read ninety issues of ‘Balshrushti‘ full of children’s literature.

When schools were closed due to the ongoing COVID-19 epidemic all over the world, I am confident that your reading and thirst will be satisfied by reading ‘Balshrushti in these difficult times.  You may have accumulated a treasure trove of stories, songs, riddles from the literature read through ‘Balsrishti’ throughout the year.

At the same time, the medium of Shaanpunj has also proved to be invigorating to your general knowledge, why not?  In this, especially in the field of comedy, you must have laughed a lot.  When we are at the end of this year, you will be better equipped by adding something new to the new year using everything you have learned this year.

I am confident that you will ensure that your reading experiences and the increase in your knowledge through ‘Balshrushti‘ are used.  Like every other month, this month’s issue is also full of children’s literature, with all its sections, Maggie Bhavna’s motivational events and her biographies, which come in every month without having to go through them, are also indirectly inspiring to you.

The Corona epidemic has had a far-reaching effect on changing the style and manners of human life.  All of us involved in education are striving to ensure that children can benefit from education in any way possible in the inevitable situation of school closure.

During this period, the commendable efforts made by the teachers to keep the children active in their studies and to achieve some learning in their own way were appreciated by the Director of GCERT, Hon’ble Dr.  T.  S.  Joshi gives.

Education is an ongoing process.  Of human life |  At every stage one keeps learning something.  So it can be said that life itself is an education and that is why I have given the name of the mouthpiece of GCERT very thoughtfully by the clever educators of the time who gave ‘life education’!  Lifelong learning is, of course, a matter of informal and intuitive learning.
