As per the recommendations of the National Education Policy 2020 (NEP), teachers with interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary skills should be available for the holistic development of students, students should acquire higher order thinking skills and achieve grade appropriate learning outcomes. It is hereby decided to implement the ‘Gyan Sahachar Yojana’ to be able to do so.
Under this scheme, during the implementation of the ‘Mission Schools of Excellence’ scheme, all the government and non-government aided middle and higher secondary schools in all the government and non-government aided middle and higher secondary schools are doing their educational work properly and for the purpose of making available teachers per standard especially in the schools selected in the ‘Mission Schools of Excellence’. It is proposed to implement ‘Gyan Sahayak Yojana’ subject to the following conditions for placement of ‘Gyan Sahayak Yojana’ in the posts which are not filled with teachers. Contract matter for the post of “Gyan Sahayak Yojana (Secondary)” on contract basis for 11 months at school level for “Gyan Sahayak Yojana (Secondary)” in government and non-government aided secondary schools of Gujarat State under Education Department.
Eligible candidates to prepare selection list for recruitment of the posts of Contractual ‘Gyan Sahayak Yojana (Secondary)’ at school level for 11 months in Government and Non-Government aided Secondary Schools of Gujarat State under Education Department. Online applications are invited from
The age limit of the candidate for the above posts will be as on the date of online application. Candidates have to apply online at http://gyansahayak.ssgujarat.org website. Candidates should first read the instructions/guidelines regarding the required qualification, age limit, type of appointment and remuneration for the said posts placed on the website before applying. These applications will not be accepted at state level, district level in person, post or courier. Applications sent thereafter will not be considered valid.
The candidate has to present one xerox copy of the required certificates along with the printout of the online application, passport size photographs and original certificates for verification whenever called in person for verification of certificates.
