The education world and society have many expectations from the principal who is the forerunner of primary schools in primary education which is an integral part of the educational journey.

 

The government has to make the school ‘Shardamandira’ by achieving educational goals. The child’s 

physical, mental, social, moral. . By developing in all these aspects, it is to make his home, society, state, country proud and to make him a developing and ideal citizen in a way that can meet the challenges of the modern age. To fulfill such important responsibilities and obligations, they need to be professionally equipped through special training. So they will be equipped through this training.

Under the guidance of the Education Department, SPIPA, GCERT, and Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan were organized in the year 2013 in the residential type in the district education and training buildings. It is a matter of pride that this training was conducted so successfully. 

The training was becoming more effective by supporting various things like pre and post-test, zero hours, training opinions (according to grade), PowerPoint presentations, group work, team teaching. Office Keeping, Soft Skills, Computer Aided Learning, Toll Learning Package – New Curriculum, Pedagogy, Education Structure, a total of six modules are included in this training. 

It was then reviewed by subject matter experts and experts and a new form of training module was prepared for the headteacher and the next planned training will be imparted by him.
