Anyone can interact with anyone.  When the teacher or subject matter expert is making a presentation, other students listen and watch it.  Individuals associated with the server can talk to each other.  Students listen and watch as the teacher introduces.  
Other students listen when the teacher and students interact.  While the discussion is going on, other students can meet each other in the discussion and present their own questions.  Thus this is a multidisciplinary study-teaching process.  It is up to the teacher to decide the role of the subject matter expert in this process.  Although the subject matter expert is not involved in this approach, the teaching-learning process can be done easily.  How many areas can be covered by this approach depends on which computer network or computerized network is used 4.

Audio Conferencing: The process of exchanging information between teacher and student is very important in synchronous learning.  Audio conferencing is also a technique used in online learning for actual interaction between teacher and student.
