All the secondary school principals, principals, teachers, administrative staff, parents and students of the state registered at Gujarat Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education, Gandhinagar are informed that the application forms for the public examination of Std. : -From 22/11/2021 till 21/12/2021 till 12 noon can be filled from the Board’s website gseb.org. 

All his relatives are asked to take note and fill up the application forms within the time limit. Application forms of all types of students of Std-10 and Sanskrit Prathama (regular, private, repeater and separate) will have to be filled online compulsorily. The required details will be posted on the Board’s website

The principals, teachers, administrative staff as well as school principals, parents and students of all the general streams, vocational streams, U.U. basic streams and higher secondary schools in Sanskrit state registered at Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board, Gandhinagar are informed that, Std-12 General Stream Business Oriented Stream, U.U. Basic Stream and Sanskrit Central Board’s Public Examination Application Form for the year 206 with regular fee online on 22/11/2021 from 2 pm on 21/12/2021 Up to 12 hours of the night can be filled from the board’s website gseb.org. 

All his relatives are asked to take note and fill up the application forms within the time limit. Std-12 general stream, vocational stream, UU basic stream and all types of Sanskrit medium (regular, private, repeater and separate) students will be requested to take note. Applications must be filled online. The required details will be posted on the Board’s website.

(Frequently Asked Questions For School Registration) 

1. All the schools will be given new registration certificates from the board as the school index number has been changed to four digits.  After logging on to the school registration website schoolreg.gseb.org via your school index number and password, you can download and view from the link “Click here to Download School Registration Certificate (Draft)”. 

 If there is any discrepancy in the information shown in the downloaded Certificate, a copy of the Certificate should be sent via e-mail to gsebhelp@gmail.com, details of the correction should be sent on the letterhead of the school with the signature of the school principal and necessary support.  So that a certificate with correct information can be given.  

2. There is provision to amend some details in school details only from board level (e.g. school name / school address / trust details).  If there is any correction in the above details, the required basis for the correction of the change and the details of the correction should be sent to gsebhelp@gmail.com along with the signature coin of the school principal on the letterhead of the school.

3. Principal’s details, Principal’s mobile number, e-mail ID are provided for correction from school level only.  After logging on to the school registration website schoolreg.gseb.org via your school index number and password, correction can be done at school level only.  

In case the principal’s mobile number, e-mail id details have to be changed and the school password for login is not available with the school, the principal’s mobile number, e-mail id, submission to the school principal on the letterhead of the school.  Signature / Coin should be sent via e-mail to gsebhelp@gmail.com.  

4. If any detail (error) is printed in the details of the name of the school in the passing certificate of the student of Std. 10 / Std.  Must be sent with the signature / coin of the school principal.  Email ID for submissions only for the above matters: gsebhelp@gmail.com.
