Resolution on Reading Number (3) for Socially and Educationally Backward Classes and Economically Backward Classes to prepare for ALL INDIA Level Competitive Examination like IIM, CEPT, NIFT, NLU as well as IELTS, TOEFL, GRE Examination The coaching fee of Rs. 20,000 / – per student or the actual fee to be paid whichever is less is to be paid as Direct Assistance (DBT). 


Provision to provide benefits under this scheme to socially and educationally backward class students and economically backward class students studying in Std. 11, 12 science streams who have obtained 90% marks or more in Std. 10 from the resolution taken on reading number . 


Is. Presented by the Director, Developing Caste Welfare from the letter on sale number (2). It was proposed to amplify the training institutes under the scheme as well as to improve the standard of educational qualification, which was under consideration by the Government. Adult consideration will be given to the socially and educationally backward students and economically backward students within the limits of the existing budget provision It is therefore decided to have a standard of wise educational qualification. 

 For coaching assistance of entrance examination of graduate level course of CEPT, NIFT, NLU, the student should have got 5% or more marks in Std. 10 and should be studying in any stream of Std. 11-12. 

 When a student should have obtained 5% or more marks in any stream of Std. 12 for the coaching assistance of entrance examination of postgraduate level course of IIM and should be studying in the third year of graduation course of any stream or in graduation examination. Must have obtained more than 90% marks.

 IEL.TS, TOEFL. For the coaching assistance of the examination to be given for the purpose of study abroad like GRE, the student should have obtained 5% or more marks in any stream . 

In addition, under the above scheme, it is also decided to select the training institutes for the preparation of the examination as shown above and to empower the training institutes by setting the following norms with result base criteria:

 The institute should have more than three years of experience. 2) The organization should have GST number. 

 Institutions should have biometric fingerprint machine for the attendance of students and the institute should send the details of attendance during the entire course to the office of the Director, Developing Caste Welfare.for more read below letter.

Gujarat Government announces to get online applications under Gujarat Government’s Laptop Assistance Scheme for the upliftment of students who will pass Std. 12 examination in 2018 and the following year.  

who have passed Std. 12 examination next year.  S.T.  , SEBC  The government has decided to help 4 lakh non-reserved class as well as general students with EWS certificate to buy laptops in the first phase, so that from now on 30/02/2021 from 12:00 noon onwards.  Online applications are being invited till 11:45 pm on 10/02/2021.

Currently, financially incapable students can study online in an orderly manner at home in an epidemic like Korona (Covid-18).  25,000 has been earmarked by the government for the assistance, which will be credited directly to the applicant’s bank account for assistance.  


Under this, all those who are eligible to apply for the category Wise to get help to buy laptops in the current year 2021 – have to confirm the online application by 11:45 pm on the last 10/03/2071, they are not eligible.  

It has been learned from various departments of the government that some applicants have applied for government schemes and increased the work of the government even though they are aware that they do not have proper eligibility.  It has been decided to charge Rs.500 / – as application fee, the application process will be completely online, applications submitted by post or face to face will not be considered valid, once the application fee is paid, the fee will not be refundable, one billion  In case more than one application has been made by Dar, the last application will be considered valid. Two members of the same eligible family can apply.  

Number should be displayed, as well as access to online fee payment will be available to the applicant on the e-mail mentioned in the application whose print out must be obtained.

 Eligibility to apply (terms and conditions), 

  1.  Applicant should be a resident of Gujarat,  
  2. Must have passed Std. 12 examination taken under GSHEB After 2018.  
  3. SC, ST to avail the benefit of Category Wise Reservation  , OBC  Caste Certificate for Caste Students as well as EWS for non-reserved class students.  Certificate should be mandatory.  
  4. The total annual income of all the members of the applicant’s family is Rs.  Should not be more than Rs. 5 lakhs, 
  5. Not a single member of the applicant’s or applicant’s family should have availed of any scheme for laptop from the previous government department, 
  6. Not a single member of the applicant’s or applicant’s family should be employed on government job (civil servant),  


 Note: Even if the above 1 to 2 does not qualify, the application made by the applicant will be considered canceled and he will not be entitled to get back the fee paid by the candidate,

The head of the department has the right to make the necessary changes in the scheme and the department is not bound to state the reasons for the changes.  The applicant as well as the person filling up the form will have to take care that not a single rule is violated.
