Evaluation Criteria: Teachers consider textbooks as a complete curriculum and evaluate children using the questions given in the homework at the end of the unit while examinations and achievement surveys use MCQ without some clarification. The results as per the study findings of each subject give clear guidelines for evaluation policies and quality of education not only at the district/state / national level but also at the school level, e.g..
Teachers, students, parents/guardians, school management committee (SMC) members, community and state workers will be responsible and conscious. The study outcomes of each subject will guide everyone connected with education to meet the expectations of the curriculum.

School Based Evaluation: NCERT has recently made an effort at the national level to link curriculum expectations, study outcomes, processes in all courses at an early stage, especially for teachers. All teachers are expected to use this booklet available on the NCERT website.
