        RTE ACT – Section 12.1 of 2009.  Pursuant to (C) the first round of RTE admission process for non-subsidized private primary schools at 25% for admission of children belonging to weaker and disadvantaged groups in Std.  In declaring on 10/02/2050.  Came.  In which admission was allotted to about 4,328 students.  Only students whose applications have been approved and who have not been admitted in the first round of RTE admission process are given the opportunity to re-select non-subsidized private primary schools with vacancies under RTE.  So, more and more students can be admitted under RTE.
