The Government of India estimates that 4% of the  400 million  children  between the  ages of 6 and 12  were enrolled in  primary  school, of which  about 30% dropped out  before  completing Std.

Looking  at the  real situation, one  would  think that  there are many  difficulties  along the way.  Regional social and racial inequalities pose new  challenges.  These realities pose many  obstacles and  challenges in  enforcing the  right of  children to  education  under the Value and Debt Education Act and  especially  in relation to the  role and  place of  teachers in it.
