Contribution of parents and communities in pre-primary education The first priority of pre-primary education is the child, then the second priority is their parents. The parents are the first teacher of the child, and the responsibility of the parents remains the same in the development of the child.
Therefore, the teacher and the parents should work together so that the children can learn and move forward. There are two sides to working with parents in pre-primary education. Parental Involvement and Their Teaching
Parental Involvement means assisting the teacher in the planning and activities of pre-primary education.
Parental education means giving them proper knowledge and skills so that they can be more successful and effective as guardians of the child. Although these two parties are different, they are complementary. The teacher can get parental involvement in different ways.

In the process of collaborating, parents can learn about early childhood education or its principles and activities. There is a need for parental education to reinforce anything that is taught in the pre-primary center. Parents should be kept informed of the child’s progress. In addition, the following basic information should be available.
Child care i.e. hygiene, food. The importance/necessity of sports and child-rearing in the development of the child. To know what is the role of parents in child development. Home and pre-primary centers are coordinated. So that the child can easily understand the instructions, actions.
Parents can be taught simple activities like the nursery rhyme, story, game, puppet making. So that the relationship between the child and the parents can be filled with quality. Parental education is also required for the consolidation of what the child has learned in the pre-primary center. Children are encouraged according to the stage of development of the child, not to suit the development of the child
