As per the announcement made by the Education Minister, the board examination will be held in May-2021

Plan to start filling the form for standard 10, 12 examination from January

Due to Corona’s death in the state, like every year, the process of filling online forms for Std. 10 and 12 examinations could not be started from November this time.  The board will start filling up the forms for the exam in January.  After the Minister of Education announced to hold Std. 10 and 12 board exams in May, the board has enough time to start filling up the forms in January. 

The operation was planned in January as the opening of schools and filling up online forms could prove risky.  The Gujarat Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education conducts Std. 10 and Std. 12 examinations in the month of March every year, and the process of filling up the online form for this examination is started in the month of November. 

 Of the board in a period of about a month and a half after the completion of the online form filling process, the board prepares for the exam. However, this time the situation is somewhat different due to Corona and as a result, various operations of the board have to be postponed. Since the arrival of Corona in March 2020, schools in the state  Not open for a single day.  

All schools are offering online education only.  If this position remains the same in the coming days, then in other standards, my promotion can be taken to the next standard bypassing the children in any other way.  But since the students of Std. 10 and .12 have to take the exam, the state education minister said recently, the board announced that the examination will be held in May 2021 following Corona.  Following this announcement, the board is now planning to start filling up online forms for Std.10 and Std.12 examinations in the month of January.  

So that the online form can be filled up four months before the board exam and then the board can do other work properly.  Work will begin in January, and by the end of February, the board will have enough time to prepare.  So that the board can take the exam properly in the month of May.  However, it is currently impossible to say what will happen in the coming days following Corona
