For Std. 9 to 12, question papers and timetable for subjects other than those mentioned in the above issue (subjects whose question papers will not be prepared by the board) will have to be prepared at school level / svg level.
The schedule prepared by the Board for the first examination is included in the enclosure. Accordingly, planning and implementation will have to be done uniformly throughout the state as per the date and time prescribed by the Board for the prescribed subjects.

Planning for subjects other than this will have to be decided at SVS level. E.g. The date and time for the subjects prescribed by the Board for Std-12 Science stream are indicated and the remaining subjects xxx “svs complex will have to arrange the subjects as per its own plan in the box indicated.
Examinations for subjects other than question papers prepared by the Board in the subject group in which the student has kept the subject in the timetable shown in the enclosure for stream, um, basic stream and vocational stream conducted at school level / SVS level where “xxx sign” Subjects should be included in the schedule.

For the first examination of the subjects prescribed by the Board, only the question papers prepared by the Board shall be used, other question papers may not be used. As well as for the first test of subjects prescribed by the Board, the schedule prescribed by the Board shall be followed, no local change may be made in it, of which special note should be taken.
The question papers of the first test of Std. 9 to 12 will be prepared according to the pattern of the first examination prescribed by the board and corresponding to the syllabus from June to September. There will be 20% objective questions and 80% descriptive questions for standard 9 to 11 (all streams), and standard 12 general stream, U.S. basic stream and vocational stream.

The question paper of Std-9, Std-11 general stream / science stream will be 50 marks and the time will be 08 hours. While the question paper of Std-10 will be of 80 marks and time of 03 hours and the question paper of Std-12 Science stream / general stream will be of 100 marks and the time will be of 02 hours.

Question papers other than the subject mentioned in the resolution of the education department (whose question papers will not be sent by the board) have to be prepared as per the format of the first examination of the board and the question papers of that subject have to be prepared at SVS / district level. As mentioned in issue no. 11 of the resolution of the education department dated 19/06/2050, the district education officer is to print the question papers and send them to the schools and the institutions (schools) will have to pay the expenses.
An examination committee will have to be constituted at the district level for unit examinations and examinations to be held for the first / second / annual examination.
