In the districts/towns where the waiting list for district transfer according to the department subject is not completed, the district transfer camp will have to be held offline as per the above mentioned schedule. For the district transfer offline camp, two to three times the number of candidates on the waiting list will have to be called as per the provisions of the resolution, keeping in mind the vacancies in your district/town, so that there is no need to make a reservation for the vacant posts.
In addition, the candidates on the waiting list are asked to make arrangements so that they are informed about the place, time and date of the district transfer camp of their district/town in a timely manner. All the candidates who are called according to the waiting list will have to correspond with each other two to three days before the camp. Also, arrangements will have to be made so that the final merit list reaches all the candidates through social media.
After the completion of the above offline district transfer camp, as per the provisions of the resolution, in those districts/towns where the waiting list according to the department/subject has been completed, the district transfer camp will be conducted online keeping in mind the instructions given below.

Things to keep in mind at the time of district transfer (online):-
The District Primary Education Officer / Administrative Officer will have to login with the default password at www.dpegujarat.in and after changing the password, he will have to enter the portal of vacancies.
While uploading the vacancies, in all types of transfers, in cases where the primary teacher / educational assistant has not been released due to the institution, the teacher’s current school will have to be shown as a vacancy and the school in which the order has been issued will be considered as filled.
According to the details of the working schools in your district (name of taluka, name of school, school’s DISO code, name of pay-center and DISO code of pay-center) as well as the monthly reports of the school as of October-2024, only after verifying the vacancies due to retirement as of 31/10/2024, the net vacancies will have to be uploaded on the online portal.
After uploading the vacancies on the online portal, the type or section of the vacancy cannot be changed under any circumstances and if any question arises regarding the change of vacancy, the entire responsibility will be with the concerned District Primary Education Officer/Administrative Officer.
Due to incorrect uploading of the details of the school/DISO code vacancies by you, if any administrative or legal question arises regarding the implementation of the transfer order after the primary teacher / educational assistant has selected the school, the entire responsibility will be with the concerned District Primary Education Officer/Administrative Officer.
As per the provision of Chapter-G General Instructions of the Education Department dated 15/05/2023, the primary teacher/trustee participating in any type of demand transfer must be of mature age and have sufficient understanding and there is a possibility of injustice to other candidates, once the order of the selected school for online demand is made, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. Therefore, the primary teacher/teaching assistant who really wants to get transferred from one district to another will have to apply for transfer from one district to another online on the indicated website.
